Hey Guys!! Happy Monday, President's Day, if you get the day off from work today, enjoy! Holiday weekends at our house typically involve some sort of maintenance or home improvement project. I always have new ideas for improvement. Some projects we've completed recently was adding a coat hook wall behind the front door and creating a play space under the stairs for the little ones.
This is a picture of the coat hook wall. We don't have a closet at the front entry so before the hook wall there was no where to hang a jacket or coat. This was a pretty simple project that we use everyday. (I threw the coats off the hooks to get a picture).
The play room under the stairs was a more in depth project and took a little longer to complete after work hours and on weekends. This project started mostly because we needed somewhere to keep the toddler’s toys so that we weren't tripping over them in the living room. It turned out great and I think the kids will have a lot of fun with this room for a long time. In the future a door can be added to the entrance and it will be a great little space for extra storage.
